1. Order Cancellation Conditions
You may request to cancel an order before it enters the shipping process.
If an order has already been shipped or has entered a non-reversible processing stage, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, the matter will be handled in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
2. Order Cancellation Process
To cancel an order, please follow the steps below:

Our customer service team will review your request. Once the cancellation is approved, we will inform you of the result at the earliest opportunity and arrange the refund.
3. Refund Information
After the order cancellation is confirmed, we will process the refund within 1–3 business days.
The refund will be returned to the original payment method used for the order (such as bank card, Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
