1. Shipping Area
We currently provide shipping services within Australia only. Shipping to countries or regions outside Australia is not supported at this time.
2. Shipping Fees

Orders with a total value of 90 AUD or more (including 90 AUD) qualify for free shipping.

Orders with a total value below 90 AUD are subject to a flat shipping fee of 6.99 AUD.
3. Taxes
All product prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes. No additional taxes will be charged at checkout.
4. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed and successfully paid before 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney time) will have their processing time calculated from the same day.

Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed starting from the next working day.

If the order is placed on a non-working day, processing will begin on the next available working day.
5. Processing Time
Once the order information is confirmed, the standard processing time is 1–3 business days before shipment.
6. Shipping Time
After dispatch, the estimated total shipping time is 5–10 business days. Actual shipping time may vary depending on destination, weather conditions, or logistics arrangements.

8. Order Tracking
After the order has been shipped, we will send a confirmation email containing tracking details. You may use the provided tracking number to monitor the shipping status of your order.
