We currently provide shipping services throughout Australia only.
After order confirmation, orders will enter the processing stage, with a standard processing time of 1–3 business days.
Once dispatched, the estimated total shipping time is 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the order value, and eligible orders may qualify for free shipping.
After shipment, tracking information will be provided to allow you to monitor delivery progress.

6. Order Cancellation Policy
You may request to cancel an order before it enters the shipping process.
Once an order has been shipped or has entered a non-reversible processing stage, it can no longer be canceled.
For orders confirmed as eligible for cancellation, refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days after cancellation confirmation and returned to the original payment account used for the order.

7. Return and Exchange Policy
Within 30 days from the date of receipt, you may request a return or exchange if the applicable conditions are met.
Eligible situations include product appearance issues, quality issues, unusual odors, significant color differences, incorrect items, or requests without a stated reason.
Return or exchange requests must be submitted in advance, and products must be sent back to the designated address after confirmation.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will conduct an inspection:
